Yes, there are several supermarkets within 400 metres of the apartment.
For example, you will find a Lidl, Aldi, and Mercadona, as well as various local shops, all located close to the apartment.
Is air conditioning included?
Yes, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. We kindly ask our guests to use it responsibly and switch it off when leaving the apartment or when opening the sliding doors or windows.
How far is the beach from Casa Anna?
The beach of the Mar Menor is approximately 1.2 km away, just a few minutes by car or about a 20-minute walk. It is the perfect place to swim, relax, or enjoy a stroll along the promenade, which is lined with restaurants and outdoor terraces.
Is the pool open all year round?
The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It is a shared pool for residents and guests, designed for relaxation and peaceful enjoyment. Please note that the pool is not heated.
