These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Casa Anna.
By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once payment is received.
• Full payment must be completed before arrival.
• Prices include accommodation and standard utilities.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation conditions are as stated on the booking platform.
• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

3. Security Deposit

• A deposit may be required as stated in your booking.
• This will be refunded after check-out if no damage is found.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: before 10:00

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Minimum age of main guest: 18 years
• No parties or events allowed
• Respect neighbors and keep noise low, especially at night
• Only registered guests may stay overnight

6. House Rules

• No smoking inside the apartment
• No pets allowed
• Follow community and pool rules

7. Damage & Loss

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused
• Damage must be reported immediately

8. Liability

Casa Anna is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during your stay.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions).

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Spanish law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
